Welcome to Lamps for Homes Website Terms and Conditions for use. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our Website and by accessing our Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders between 7- 21 working days of receipt subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
IMPORTANT As we use a courier service somebody must be there to receive the goods so if you work please put your work address for delivery or somewhere that could take your delivery in for you. We cannot be time specific.
If any item(s) cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and invited to confirm acceptance of this or be granted a reimbursement for the value of that item(s).
Delivery Charges
All orders are delivered free of charge to mainland UK and Ireland. Rest of Europe prices on request.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
Lamps for homes like happy customers. Any faults or damage must be reported within 2 days. A photo of any damaged item can be e-mailed or posted to us. Any unwanted products carry a 7 day money back guarantee.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the item being returned to us in its original condition. That is, unused, all labels intact, and in its proper resalable packaging. A full refund will not be given if the item cannot be sold again as new. The customer shall be held liable for the return of the item(s). A minimum charge of £10 will be deducted from the the value of refunded items to cover our administration and postage and packaging costs. Lamps for Homes will only refund the postage of returned goods if the item is faulty. We insist a reputable courier service is used for all returns.
Subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, a refund will be issued, or an exchange will be organized. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results from a defective item.

Product
All products conform to British standards.All colours, dimensions and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Warranty
All products carry a 1 year warranty. If there is a fault the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the fault that has occurred.The warranty will be void if the item is considered to have been fitted incorrectly or been used in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
Currency of Transactions Accepted
Pound sterling only.
Tax
VAT is included on all prices shown in line with the current UK rate.
Privacy Policy
All information shared with Lamps for Homes is used to fulfill orders only and no information is shared with outside parties. Lamps for Homes complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

We use encrypted credit card processing with HSBC for online transactions.
